Poverty is not only caused by a lack of money. It is also linked to limited opportunities, weak community participation, poor leadership, and unequal access to resources.

Through the Civic Africa Fellowship, Church on the Street NG is equipping young Nigerians with practical skills in leadership, social innovation, and Design thinking.

Fellows are supported to understand the challenges within their communities, engage relevant stakeholders, and develop local solutions that improve livelihoods and expand opportunities.

By investing in people who can lead change from within their communities, the Civic Africa Fellowship is helping to build a new generation of leaders committed to addressing the root causes of poverty and creating lasting change across Nigeria.
