About Make Yobe Green and Safe
Make Yobe Green and Safe (MYGS) was founded by Abubakar Abdulmusawwir in 2020 to tackle the challenges of climate change, promote plastic recycling, clean energy and create decent green jobs. We train and employ young people, especially women, in waste collection and recycling, providing them with safe and productive livelihood opportunities. Our initiative help reduce crime, environmental pollution and empower communities toward a safer and more sustainable future.
