About Rays of Hope Support Initiative(ROHSI)
Rays of Hope Support Initiative (ROHSI), established in 2017 and located in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, brings hypertension and diabetes care directly to underserved communities in Ibadan and its surrounding areas. Many people are either unaware or never seek treatment because traveling to a distant hospital or clinic is too difficult, so they don’t go. ROHSI serves those left on the margins of Ibadan’s and Nigeria’s health systems—individuals and families diagnosed with chronic diseases who often feel it’s a life sentence. Not because these conditions are untreatable, but because the support they need has never reached them.
